ECF has been appointed by Centro Planning, on behalf of Jermyn Street Properties Ltd, to design a community engagement programme for proposals at 15A Selkirk Road.
The proposals aim to redevelop a currently underutilised site into a high-quality residential development, providing new homes, recreational space, and public realm improvements in a highly accessible town centre location.
We are committed to engaging openly with the local community and want to hear your views as the proposals evolve.

The current site
The site is located at 15A Selkirk Road, London SW17 0ER, within the London Borough of Wandsworth. Covering approximately 839 square metres , it sits in the heart of Tooting, one of Greater London's designated Major Centres.
The surrounding area includes a mix of homes, flats, shops, restaurants and market activity. Nearby amenities include Tooting Library, Tooting Common, and the many shops and services along Tooting High Street.
The site is well connected by public transport, with Tooting Broadway Underground Station approximately 0.1 miles away and several bus routes serving the nearby A24.
The site is currently underused, presenting an opportunity to provide much-needed new homes while making better use of the land and contributing positively to the local area.

Proposal Summary
New Housing
Provision of 17 new homes (previously 18, now amended to meet Daylight and Sunlight Assessment Requirements).
Open Spaces
Gardens and communal areas designed to boost biodiversity, providing relaxing spots for outdoor recreation and leisure.
Quality Units
All proposed units have private amenity space, good outlook and BRE compliant levels of natural daylight.
Materials
Use of brick on the building facade to enhance the character and setting of the
surrounding historic environment.
